Livraisons

Dès réception de votre règlement, l’œuvre réservée à votre attention est préparée puis expédiée par DHL EXPRESS, vous la recevrez dans une délais de deux jours.
La livraison est garantie, l’œuvre est assurée. L’emballage est fait par nos soins dans une caisse de bois.
De plus, nous restons en contact permanent à partir de votre réservation jusqu'à la livraison de votre oeuvre.

Certificats d'authenticité

Pour toute acquisition d' oeuvre d'Art vous recevrez un Certificat d'Authenticité.
Ce document atteste de votre acquisition, il est à conserver précieusement comme titre de propriété et vous permet d'assurer votre oeuvre d'art.
Une facture pro-format vous sera adressée mentionnant les informations de prix et les conditions d''expéditions; le règlement devra s''effectuer par virement bancaire swif

Payment

We will send you a pro-forma invoice which states the information on the price and the shipping conditions. Payment must then be made via Swift bank transfer.

Delivery

Upon receiving your payment, the work you have reserved is prepared for shipment then shipped via DHL EXPRESS. You will receive it within two days’ time.

Delivery is guaranteed, the work is insured. We package the work for shipment in a wooden crate. You can also state a “subject to unpacking” reserve at the time of your reception of your parcel.

Furthermore, we remain in permanent contact with you, from the time of your reservation through to delivery of your purchase.

Certificates of authenticity

You will receive a Certificate of Authenticity for every acquisition of a work of art.

This certificate attests to your acquisition and must be kept as a title of ownership, enabling you to insure your work of art.
